Delete Your Account

You can delete your Latin Vibes account at any time. There are two ways to do it — instantly inside the app, or by email if you no longer have the app installed. Before you proceed, please read what happens to your data below, as deletion is permanent.

Option 1 — Delete Instantly in the App

1. Open the Latin Vibes app and sign in
2. Go to Profile → Settings
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section and tap Delete Account
4. Enter your password to confirm

That’s it — your account and personal data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — Request Deletion by Email

Don’t have the app installed anymore? No need to reinstall it. Simply email us at contact@latinvibesgroup.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and:

• Send the email from the address registered to your Latin Vibes account — this is how we verify it’s really you
• Include your full name as it appears on the account

We will confirm your request, complete the deletion within 30 days, and send you a confirmation email once it’s done.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• Your profile information — name, email address, and profile photo
• Your saved payment methods
• Your Rhythm Rewards points
• Your device and notification tokens

What We Keep

• Order and ticket records are anonymized — meaning they are permanently unlinked from you — and retained only for tax and accounting purposes as required by law, as described in our Privacy Policy
• Tickets you’ve already purchased remain valid for entry to the event. However, after deletion you will no longer be able to view them in the app, so save or print your tickets before deleting your account

Before You Go

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your Rhythm Rewards points, coupons, and purchase history cannot be restored — even if you sign up again later with the same email.
