We store order records, including purchase history and ticket details, for accounting, customer support, and fraud prevention purposes.

If you purchase a ticket, create an account, or subscribe to our list, we may send you marketing emails and SMS or push notifications about upcoming events and promotions.

Turning off notification preferences in the mobile app

Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages such as order confirmations, ticket delivery, and event cancellation notices.

We use third-party email marketing services to send and manage these campaigns. These providers process your contact details on our behalf and are not permitted to use them for their own purposes.

5. Mobile App

Our mobile app collects certain information in addition to what is described above:

Account data — your name, email, and login method (email, Google, or Apple)
Push notification tokens — used to deliver event alerts and order updates; you can disable notifications in your device settings or in the app
Device information — device model, operating system version, and app version, used for troubleshooting and security
Purchase and ticket data — your tickets, rewards tier, coupons, and referral activity

The app does not collect precise GPS location. If a feature requires location access in the future, you will be asked for permission first.

We keep your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations:
