Welcome to Latin Vibes Group. By purchasing a ticket, accessing our website, or attending any of our events, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Age Requirements
United States Events
All events hosted in the United States are strictly 21+. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for entry. No exceptions will be made.
Mexico Events
All events hosted in Mexico are strictly 18+. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
Failure to present proper identification will result in denied entry without refund.
2. Ticket Sales & Payments
All tickets are sold exclusively through our official booking platform on the Latin Vibes Group website. We do not guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from third parties or unauthorized resellers.
By completing your purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment and contact information. Latin Vibes Group reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
3. No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of plans
- Missed events
- Denied entry due to age or lack of valid ID
- Late arrival
- Weather conditions
- Personal reasons
In the rare case that an event is officially canceled by Latin Vibes Group, ticket holders may receive a credit toward a future event or a refund at our discretion.
4. Event Changes
Latin Vibes Group reserves the right to:
- Change venue location
- Modify event date or time
- Update DJs, performers, or entertainment lineup
Such changes do not qualify for refunds.
5. Entry & Conduct
All attendees must follow venue rules and local laws. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for:
- Disorderly or aggressive behavior
- Harassment of staff or guests
- Illegal substances
- Failure to comply with venue security
Removal from the event will not result in a refund.
6. Media Release
By attending our events, you agree that Latin Vibes Group may capture photos and videos during the event. These materials may be used for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
7. Liability
Latin Vibes Group is not responsible for:
- Personal injury
- Lost, stolen, or damaged property
- Incidents occurring inside or outside the venue
Attendees participate at their own risk.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback after purchasing a valid ticket without proper cause may result in being permanently restricted from future events.
